In this role, you are part of the Motor Vehicle Claims business sector, in the Automobile Experts team, within Zurich Switzerland. As an automobile expert, you assist our customers and injured parties in repairing damages in a rapid and non-bureaucratic manner. Your missions * Perform assessments of motor vehicles. * Determine repair methods and calculate the amount of damage. * Evaluate insurance coverage and process claims in corporate third-party liability. * Verify repair invoices, diminished value claims, and loss of use compensation, in collaboration with other Help Points and claims centers. * Conduct negotiations with policyholders, injured parties, and repair companies. Your profile * Federal diploma of automotive mechatronics technician, bodywork technician, or automotive painter OR training deemed equivalent. * At least 5 years of professional experience in the repair sector or in the reception of vehicles damaged during an accident. * Strong customer orientation and pleasure in working in contact with various stakeholders. * Very good knowledge of the MS-Office suite as well as systems related to repair. * Native French language; knowledge of German is an asset.
