Senior Accountant

Exciting tasks

• Enter accounting entries (debtors, creditors, suppliers, and general accounting) and ensure payments
• Manage invoicing as well as the monitoring of collections
• Manage the blocking and unblocking of orders in accordance with internal directives
• Ensure the follow-up of litigation files
• Prepare customer statistics
• Prepare VAT returns
• Ensure the performance of monthly closings and actively participate in the annual closing
• Participate in the preparation of financial analyses, reconciliations, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure relations with the group and auditors
• Handle various correspondence and ensure the filing and archiving of documents

The sought profile

• Essential experience in managing Swiss accounting, with perfect autonomy in routine accounting tasks
• Training in accounting (CFC in commercial employment, accounting certificate, or equivalent training)
• Very good mastery of IT tools, especially ERP and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent mastery of French and good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level) or Swiss German, both orally and in writing.
