Intern in Social Services

As part of an ongoing degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (FH), we are looking for an intern in social services for the second internship. The internship usually lasts 6 months and is part of the studies.
During the six-month internship, you will gain insight into the work of our social services and can actively participate in the counseling and support of patients and their relatives. You will complete the internship at our location Psychiatriezentrum Breitenau.
What awaits you
Counseling of patients, their relatives and/or caregivers
Developing solutions to diverse issues surrounding illness and accident in the fields of work and profession, social insurance, housing and discharge organization
Counseling and recommendation in the interdisciplinary treatment team regarding psychosocial issues
Organization of follow-up solutions
Participation in the further development of our services
