Job description ##

• Maintaining the accounting for about fifteen companies up to the closing (execution and control of current accounting operations, preparation of VAT returns, intercompany analytical and financial re-billing)
• Accounts payable management and invoice control
• Preparation of necessary elements for tax returns
• Preparation of real estate gains tax returns
• Preparation of documents and accounting elements necessary for loan requests and bank financing
• Control and monitoring of the accounts of various PPE

Profile sought ##

• Holder of a commercial and/or accounting qualification
• Beneficiary of at least 5 years of experience as an accountant (fiduciary, construction, real estate)
• Strong ability to visualize accounting entries in a multi-company management context
• Autonomy, precision, reliability and discretion
