The Genossenschaft -Hofgemeinschaft Flue- aims, within the framework of sustainably managed agriculture, to provide training and support for people with a learning disability. Our goal is to promote the best possible professional fulfillment and development of young men and women. The organically managed agricultural enterprise offers various areas of activity and work in animal husbandry, field cropping as well as vegetable and herb cultivation, processing and direct marketing.

What we expect

• Farmer with FA, Agricultural Household Manager, Specialist Housekeeping EFZ or similar training with several years of professional experience
• Pedagogical training and experience desired
• Training and accompanying PrA learners, reference person work
• Assumption of partial responsibility for housekeeping
• Independent and structured way of working
• Interest in working with people with support needs
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, resilience and communication skills
• Driving license category B
