Vivre & Habiter «In der Au» is the guiding philosophy of VitaFutura AG and includes housing, care, catering by the internal kitchen as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 140 employees in the fields of care, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service and administration. The company acts as a non-profit limited company on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil.

Your tasks

As a registered nurse, you are responsible for professional care adapted to the needs of our residents. Are you a dynamic person who likes to take responsibility? You manage the care process, support and encourage residents in a natural and respectful manner, and organize the daily routine of our residents together with the team. Good collaboration with specialized services, doctors as well as other internal departments is a matter of course for you and is an integral part of the work.

Your profile

You have a training as a registered nurse HF (or an old comparable diploma) and have experience in long-term care and/or acute care. You possess in-depth knowledge in all stages of the care process and are familiar with the BESA system as well as, ideally, our care documentation system easyDOK. For this position, empathy, a patient approach with our residents as well as a very autonomous and responsible way of working are important conditions.
