To strengthen our marketing team at our headquarters in Oberhasli/ZH, we are looking for a creative and motivated personality to take our marketing activities to the next level.

Marketing Employee (80%)

Your tasks:

• You will maintain and further develop our website and the webshop (Magento 2)
• You will further develop our social media activities and brand presence
• You will create and coordinate marketing and communication materials – digital and print
• You will assume a central role in the organization of trade fairs, events, and training – from planning through briefings and coordination to execution
• You are right in the middle of things at trade fairs, not just observing: you help with the setup, coordinate materials and logistics, and also roll up your sleeves yourself
• You support market analyses, trends, as well as internal and external communication

Your profile:

• Ideally, you have a basic technical or manual training and/or training in marketing (e.g., Marketing Specialist, Mediamatiker/in EFZ or comparable)
• At least three years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B, SME, or industrial environment
• Experience in online marketing as well as with CMS/webshops is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong organizational talent and enjoyment in keeping an eye on several topics simultaneously
• Hands-on mentality: you do not just organize, but also roll up your sleeves yourself
• Enjoyment of trade fairs and events and of maintaining an overview and finding solutions on-site
• Driver's license Cat. B is mandatory
• Strong affinity for vehicles and interest in technical products
• You think actively and beyond your own area of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and absolutely reliable way of working
• Great initiative, team spirit, and communication strength
• German as a native language, French language skills are a great advantage
