In order to complete the projects of our major customers with quality and punctuality, we are looking for a Project Assistant in the field of pipeline construction, effective immediately.

Job Description ##

You are THE contact person for the concerns and inquiries of your supervisors. Furthermore, you support the coordination of internal projects and processes. You create presentations and reports and take responsibility for the organizational and administrative support of the business unit.

• Tracking of document status
• Controlling and monitoring activities
• Collaboration in project controlling and scheduling
• Obtaining document approvals
• Formal and content review of documents
• Control over the timely receipt of documents
• Follow-up of deviations
• Working with web-based document management systems
• Regular processing of information for status reports on project progress (internal and external)
• Coordination of meeting dates and organization of events
• Correspondence within the project team, with the customer and our partners
• Creation of minutes and follow-up of the actions defined therein
• Management of project documentation

We expect ##

• For your activity, you require a university degree which ideally combines technical and commercial knowledge
• An additional qualification in the field of Project Management is desirable
• You enjoy working with numbers and are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint. In addition to perfect German skills, you speak fluent English
• Your way of working is proactive with a high level of service and commitment
• You are resilient and know how to skillfully handle deadline bottlenecks. You react quickly and flexibly to changing requirements. Reliability and discretion are a matter of course for you.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team round off your profile
