In order to join our SAV-CVC department in Préverenges and thus intervene on behalf of a client at a defined site, we are looking for a:

PAC After-Sales Service Technician (f/m) 100% #

Profile

• CFC as a refrigeration technician and confirmed experience in troubleshooting and PAC maintenance work.
• Knowledge in heating and additional training in electricity would be a real asset.
• Possession of good knowledge in the field of solar thermal and its installations.
• Good knowledge of automation and the various systems currently on the market.
• Autonomy, ability to find solutions, versatility, flexibility, capacity for analysis and synthesis.
• Interpersonal skills, customer orientation, proactivity, team spirit and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Flexibility and availability, geographic proximity, ideally in the canton of Vaud
• Initiative, sense of organization and ease in communication and with usual IT tools.
• Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform PAC after-sales service maintenance interventions in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure troubleshooting of PAC and heating installations, establish diagnostics of failures and malfunctions.
• Provide advice and technical support to our clients.
• Maintain a good relationship with our suppliers and partners and ensure a quality and local service to our clientele.
• Perform commissioning of PAC installations in coordination with our partners.
• Commitment and participation in the on-call service.
