• 28 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Landquart Head of Application Review 80-100%, Landquart, Home office What awaits you • You lead the employees of the application review team professionally and personally • You are responsible for the medical risk assessment for private and corporate clients as well as for the review and claim of violations of the duty to disclose • You manage the annual review of applications for private clients and ensure its continuous development • You actively contribute to the development of our risk assessment systems and accompany the introduction, testing, and validation of new software solutions • You participate in projects, represent the interests of application review, and work closely with specialized departments and relevant stakeholders • You analyze indicators and statistics and derive concrete improvement measures from them What you bring • Basic commercial training or comparable qualification as well as medical training or continuing education (as a medical assistant, H+ medical secretary, or equivalent) • Extensive experience in medical risk assessment, ideally in the field of health insurance • Several years of management experience as well as the ability to develop employees and achieve common goals • Strong analytical and conceptual mindset, great decision-making ability as well as a goal, strategy, and solution-oriented way of working • Initiative, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills as well as excellent communication and conflict management skills • Taste for interdisciplinary collaboration, flexibility, and resilience even in demanding situations
