With our more than 560 employees, the Centre médico-social régional de Sierre (Association intercommunale) has the mission to offer different services to the entire population of the 11 member municipalities. Our main services cover various fields, notably home help and care, social action, employment, prevention and childcare.

In order to complete our COREM team, we are looking for a

FLE – FIDE Trainer in socio-professional integration

Your profile

• Training in the field of socio-professional integration, FIDE (an asset), completed by module 1 of adult trainer (FSEA)
• Proven experience in supporting people in socio-professional integration
• Experience in facilitating French training sessions oriented towards employment and/or basic skills (an asset)
• Excellent interpersonal skills: clear communication, active listening, supportive and guiding posture
• Creative solution-oriented mindset, ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to analyze individual needs and adapt pedagogical content according to integration objectives
• Mastery of computer and digital tools (ICT, training platforms, office tools)
• Excellent writing skills, with ease in writing monitoring and evaluation reports

Your mission

• Support participants referred by clients (ORP, social services, OAI) in the development of linguistic, professional and transversal skills
• Facilitate theoretical and practical group courses, notably in French for socio-professional purposes
• Ensure individual and collective support in job search processes, notably through coaching interviews
• Actively collaborate with partner companies and participate in the monitoring of internships or placements
• Write reports and evaluations for clients
