Internal Sales Employee, in the field of cable management, 80-100% (m/f)
is a 100-year-old family business with around 90 employees and the market-leading manufacturing and trading company (sheet metal processing) for cable management material, busbars and products for electrical workstation supply. Successfully active domestically and abroad.
To complement our team, we are looking for an Internal Sales Employee 80-100% (m/f) by arrangement.
Your tasks
You advise our customers on the entire product range incl. services
You process telephone inquiries in German and, if possible, in French / Italian competently and solution-oriented
You prepare offers and follow them up
You provide technical information and process customer orders
You actively support the field sales service
You maintain the data in the CRM
As an interface to other departments, you work independently and in a team-oriented manner
You bring with you
You have training as an electrician or commercial employee
You have a good technical understanding
You master customer contact with good German skills and advantageously with French/Italian skills
You are interested in ERP and CRM Business Central and ideally are already familiar with it
You are proactive, motivated and ready to go the extra mile for our customers
