Work location Kirchberg BE Start of work immediately or by arrangement Main tasks Preparation of commercial offers Elaboration of calculations and investment requests Creation and processing of vending machine orders Control of order confirmations Drafting of contracts and framework agreements Drafting of personalized letters intended for customers Creation, processing, and transmission of contractual modifications and terminations Realization of analyses and customer reports Data entry and management in different systems Interface function between several departments (direct contact with customers remains occasional) Execution of specific tasks according to directives Participation in projects, autonomous coordination, monitoring, and active collaboration Education Completed commercial training or equivalent training First professional experience in internal sales service Very good knowledge of IT tools (Movex, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Office, Outlook) French native language and excellent command of German orally and in writing Very good knowledge of English, an asset Profile Fast, efficient, and precise way of working Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances Sense of service and customer orientation Great autonomy in work Team spirit Ability to handle criticism and conflicts Stress resistance Excellent analytical capacity and global vision of processes Special Apply Have we piqued your interest?
