For our client UBS Switzerland AG, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality for the Live Marketing area as Project Manager Sponsorship Events (w/m/d), 100% WHAT AWAITS YOU: • Comprehensive project responsibility: You take over the planning, organization, implementation, controlling, and post-processing of high-quality sponsorship events. This includes the analysis of requirements, the procurement of third-party services, and ensuring a smooth process • Excellent Live Communication: You guarantee optimal Live Communication and create unique Customer Journeys • Strategic Event Development: In close cooperation with internal stakeholders on the client side, you evaluate needs, define goals, and develop tailor-made event formats • Leadership and Coordination: You manage event attendants and take over functional leadership on-site during the events • Travel activity: The implementation of the events requires travel activity, for which a valid driver's license is mandatory • Place of work: Your place of work is Zürich YOUR PROFILE: • Sound education: A higher education in marketing, event/project management, gastronomy, or hotel management (e.g., University of Applied Sciences, hotel management school, or comparable) is a prerequisite • Practical experience: You have several years of experience in the successful implementation of high-quality events, ideally in the finance or luxury goods sector. International experience is an advantage • Conceptual strength: You are characterized by strong analytical, creative, goal- and solution-oriented, as well as pragmatic skills. Negotiation skills round off your profile • Customer orientation: A high degree of customer orientation in all phases of event planning, creation, realization, and budgeting is a matter of course for you • Service understanding: You bring a high level of service understanding and work in a process-oriented manner with the highest quality standards • Digital competence: Experience in the development and implementation of digital Live Communication is desired • Flexibility: Readiness for evening and weekend work is given • Language skills: You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
