• 12 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite period • English (Fluent), French (Fluent) • Route de Saint-Cergue 9, 1260 Nyon • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch For our International Commercial service, Navitrans SA is looking for new talent for the following main missions: • Support to our international commercial activities (management of calls for tenders, participation in the design of commercial offers, monitoring, collection and synthesis of information relevant to Navitrans' activities and internal dissemination within the group) • Preparation of group reporting. Organization of monthly Teams meetings with our African agencies and drafting of minutes. • Management of commercial data on internal server and CRM. Filing of contracts and management of their renewal dates. • Social media management (mainly LinkedIn) and continuous improvement of our communication tools (Website, LinkedIn, physical supports ...) • Management of international professional events in energy (mainly mining and oil) You communicate regularly with our clients and subsidiaries in French and English. This position requires fluent French and English and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an international commercial service of an international logistics/transport company. Our clients work in different sectors including Oil & Gas, Mining and industry. Our office is located 2 minutes on foot from the Nyon station. Your skills: • Customer service orientation • Great capacity for organization and management of several commercial/marketing activities in parallel • Rigor in the processing of files/projects and information • Involvement and desire to do things well • Conscientious and efficient • Clear communication in writing and orally • Ability to handle varied situations, short deadlines with optimism and calm • Mastery of MS office (outlook, excel, word), Caneva, Adobe Creative Suite • Mastery of French and English (oral and written: C1 or fluent) Other qualification: You are of Swiss nationality, an EU citizen or holder of a valid work permit.
