Work where the Action is!

As Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible together with the Store Manager for the optimal processes in the sale of our surprising assortment and for the leadership of a team of employees.

You support the Store Manager in monitoring sales and inventory and contribute ideas for improving shelf design. Together with the team, you roll up your sleeves where you are needed and ensure, among other things, a constantly well-maintained store.

In addition, you are co-responsible for staff duty scheduling, processing incoming applications, and answering questions from colleagues and customers, so that everyone leaves the store with a smile.

What you bring

• At least two years of professional experience in retail or similar activities
• You are down-to-earth, entrepreneurial, and know how to motivate a team

• You speak German, French, depending on the location of the branch. English is an advantage.
