Then join us to shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the Beauty department, we are looking from 01.08.2026, for an indefinite period, at the Genève site, for a motivated and committed person as an Assistant/e Floor Manager, 100%. ## Your responsibilities • You support the Floor Manager in their daily activities. • You ensure the implementation of operational activities on the sales floor. • You are responsible for meticulous merchandising. • You accompany and coach colleagues on the sales floor. • You guarantee a customer-oriented organization. • You ensure the availability of goods and manage stocks, and communicate specific needs to headquarters. • You lead sessions with the sales team. • You are responsible for achieving agreed budget and performance objectives. Your profile • Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics sector. • You have solid experience in sales and customer consulting in a premium environment. • You have initial experience in a team leadership or coordination function. • You are able to organize and accompany a team in an independent and professional manner. • You are passionate about the world of beauty, market trends, and customer experience. • You demonstrate excellent relational skills and are able to offer personalized support to a demanding clientele. • You remain calm and prioritize in a dynamic environment with high frequency. • You speak French fluently; proficiency in another language is an asset.
