• 08 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Genève We are looking for one of our clients in the Geneva region: As a Setter Mechanic, you will be responsible for the proper execution of tasks within the workshop. Mécanicien Régleur CNC H/F Job description: • Setting and Setup: Preparation, tool mounting, and setting of CNC machines on watchmaking components made in precious and specific materials (balance staff, case back, bezel, bracelet, etc.) on various CNCs (Willemin 408MT / S2 / 508MT2 / Robodrill / Bumotec). • Programming: Light modifications of programs and optimization of cutting parameters (ISO/Fanuc). • Quality Control: Rigorous self-control during production using conventional measuring tools (micrometer, dial indicator) and optical tools (Keyence). • Maintenance: First-level maintenance of equipment and changing of inserts/tools. • Respect for processes: Strict application of aesthetic criteria Profile sought: • Training: CFC in Production Mechanic, polymechanic, Micro-mechanic or title deemed equivalent diploma in Machining Baccalauréat or BTS. • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in CNC setting, ideally in the Geneva watchmaking sector. • Technical skills: Reading of complex plans and mastery of fine geometric tolerances, iso code. • Soft Skills: Solution-oriented and continuous improvement, patience, team spirit and a natural sensitivity for the luxury finished product.
