Desired profile

• Engineering degree in mechanical, microtechnical, or deemed equivalent * Good knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement; a Green Belt / Black Belt certification is an asset * Solid experience in a responsible position within a highly technical industrial environment * Very good knowledge of mechanical processes, manufacturing means, and technologies used in precision environments * Good understanding of design, technical development, and industrialization activities * Proven experience in managing technical projects and in the improvement of processes, equipment, or work methods * Ability to coordinate different technical fields and ensure their convergence around common priorities * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to mobilize teams in a context of evolution and continuous improvement * Ease in communication, ability to work with various interlocutors, sense of organization, and a concrete approach to problems
