Specialist in Facility Management You maintain and clean buildings and their surroundings. You monitor building technology, carry out repairs, take care of green spaces, maintain machinery, dispose of waste and undertake administrative tasks. Employment Temporary employment 100% Work location Zürich Requirements \- You have completed training as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or as a caretaker with a federal diploma - You work independently, efficiently and responsibly - You possess a Category B driver's license - You have a friendly, customer-oriented appearance - You have very good German language skills - You have a well-groomed appearance Field of activity \- Care and maintenance of properties - Various domestic services such as surroundings maintenance, repairs, maintenance and inspections in the HVAC area and cleaning - Reporting of work - On-call service - Store, maintain and clean equipment correctly - Ensure access to buildings, for example patching paths and clearing snow in winter - Mowing lawns, maintaining meadows, trimming hedges, raking leaves, weeding - Maintain contact with residents and employees in the building and ensure compliance with house rules
