Our client is a leading industrial company seeking an experienced leader responsible for strategic procurement across several business divisions and who leads a team both professionally and personally. In this key role, the candidate works closely with the executive management and international partners and actively drives the continuous optimization of the procurement strategy.

Your tasks

• Strategic alignment and leadership of the procurement team
• Ensuring the alignment of procurement strategies with corporate objectives
• Analysis of procurement markets and reporting to executive management
• Utilization of synergies through volume bundling and standardization

Your profile

• Leadership experience: Several years of experience in strategic procurement with team leadership
• Education: Industrial engineer or technical studies with further training in business administration
• Language skills: Business fluent German and French as well as very good English skills
• Professional competence: Experience in investment projects and strong stakeholder management
