Job Description
On these missions as CRS Health Care Assistants / Nursing Assistants in EMS and / or CMS
You join our proactive team and are delegated to different medico-social establishments (EMS) or CMS.
You provide basic care (toileting, meal assistance, nursing).
Under the responsibility of a nurse, you accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy.
Occasional missions (or long durations).
Available between 50 and 100 %
Profile sought
You must imperatively have training as a CRS Health Care Assistant 120 hours or a Nursing Assistant diploma.
Having a sense of responsibility, your versatility and your flexibility (day/evening hours, weekends, split shifts) will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty. You are capable of putting your skills at the service of beneficiaries, families and loved ones, of having very good stress management and demonstrating empathy. A good command of written French is requested. Your team spirit is one of your major assets.
