For our customer, we are looking for a Servicemonteur – (m/w/d) 100% Your tasks: Maintenance and repair work on various store and roller shutter products - Careful, professional and independent execution of the work - Independent scheduling of appointments with customers including own deployment and work planning - Documentation and feedback to the Service Team Leader - Willingness to work flexibly as well as occasional special deployments and increased willingness to work Your experience: Completed vocational training as a polybuilder, store fitter or a comparable manual basic qualification - Professional experience in the construction industry is mandatory - Independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working, manual skills and freedom from vertigo - Well-groomed expression and professional appearance in customer contact - Safe handling of digital work tools such as tablets, apps and similar tools - Strong customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills - Negotiation-secure German language skills, French language skills are an advantage - Willingness to work with seasonally varying working time models - Valid driver's license category B is mandatory
