For Rhomberg Bau GmbH, we are looking for a responsible collaborator as a commercial project controller (m/f/d) for the Lindau or Ulm site.

Your tasks ##

In your role of project control for the GU/GÜ & project development area, you keep an eye on the commercial aspects of our operational activity. In collaboration with the finance and controlling management, you ensure the transparency of figures and results, coordinate relevant commercial subjects, and thus support the success of our projects.

• Assumption of global commercial responsibility for the GU/GÜ and project development areas
• Management of budget, forecasts, and results, as well as management of capital commitment and liquidity planning
• Responsibility for financing issues, guarantees, and bonds in collaboration with finance/controlling and the banks
• Coordination and consultation with strategic partners, subcontractors, and internal departments as well as central point of contact for external partners

Your profile ##

• Degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field or equivalent qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the commercial field of a construction company
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally iTWO or BRZ
• Good knowledge of construction contract law and public procurement law (e.g.: VOB)
• Communication skills, autonomy, strong team spirit, and a reliable analytical understanding of economic indicators
