Your area of responsibility: • You support the team with the daily construction work on the construction site and thereby make an important contribution to a smooth workflow • Your tasks include the provision and transport of materials, keeping the construction site clean as well as various auxiliary activities in masonry, formwork and plastering • When assembling and dismantling formwork, you support the team actively and pay attention to order, cleanliness and safety on the construction site • You also flexibly pitch in with other arising work and support your colleagues where your help is needed Your profile: • Initial experience on the construction site is an advantage, but not a must – motivated career changers are also very welcome with us • You work reliably and carefully and appreciate cooperation in a team • For the physically demanding activities on the construction site, you bring good physical fitness and resilience • A valid driving license of category B is available • Thanks to your good German language skills, you can communicate without problems in everyday work and within the team
