Deputy Team Lead Real Estate Management m/f (80-100%) (no STWEG)

Area of responsibility

• You support the team leader in leading the team of real estate professionals and ensure the professional management and optimal care of a pure rental property portfolio.
• Co-shaping processes and co-developing exciting real estate projects is expressly desired.
• You are responsible for the correct execution of commercial and technical management, including collection and dunning processes, in cooperation with the accounting department.
• You prepare reports and market analyses for owners and develop the budget as well as the investment planning for maintenance and renovation.
• You support the team management as well as the executive management in the acquisition of new mandates and contribute to the continuous development of the department.
• You manage your portfolio in a goal-oriented, empathetic manner, according to economic principles and taking into account the requirements and demands of owners and tenants.
• Contact with authorities, owners as well as third parties completes the demanding field of activity.

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or equivalent further training
• Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge as a property manager/in Independent, service-oriented and loyal personality
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
