Production Supervisor – Electronics Assembly

Your area of responsibility

• You ensure a smooth production process in the assembly of electronic devices and assemblies and pay attention to safety, quality, deadlines and productivity
• You analyze malfunctions and deviations systematically and independently initiate sustainable and targeted improvement measures (in the assigned working environment)
• You independently optimize processes and workplaces in coordination with the relevant departments
• You work independently and coordinate internally with the necessary departments (such as: Production, Planning, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering)
• If necessary, you participate in the daily operational business and support the employees as First Level Support
• You support the leadership and development of the employees as well as Lean, KVP and Shopfloor activities

Your qualification

• Technical training in the field of assembly or electronics manufacturing
• You can demonstrate several years of experience in a production or assembly environment (soldering skills an advantage)
• You have a structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Knowledge and experience of Lean, KVP tools or Shopfloor experience is an advantage
• You are adaptable and enjoy performing various activities in electronics manufacturing
• Strong social competence as well as team and communication skills are part of your personality
• Fluent German and English skills
