To complete our Quality and Logistics teams in the Precimed division, we are looking for a/an Skilled Worker - TIG Welder (M/F/X) 100% Your main tasks and responsibilities: \- Assemble components in accordance with work instructions and best practices \- Perform TIG welding operations according to defined parameters \- Perform grinding of welded parts and guarantee the expected finishing quality \- Control and validate the first piece, then ensure self-control of the operations performed \- Read and apply plans, work instructions, and quality requirements related to products \- Ensure first-level maintenance of the machine and the workstation according to the maintenance plan \- Quickly identify and communicate problems, deviations, or needs for correction \- Respect safety and quality rules and current production standards Your training and skills: \- You have completed training in TIG welding or have professional experience deemed equivalent \- You have proven experience in a similar function in an industrial environment \- You master the reading of plans and the control operations related to your activity \- You possess excellent manual dexterity and attach great importance to the quality of work \- You are willing to work in a 2x8 shift schedule Yourself: \- Language: fluent French, both spoken and written \- Precise, conscientious and reliable, you strictly respect instructions and quality standards \- You enjoy teamwork and contribute to constructive communication Workplace: \- 2504 Bienne (BE) Why join us?
