For the organization, we are currently looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist 80-100%. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks at the new employer

• In the two-person payroll team, you ensure correct and timely payroll processing
• You independently process demanding topics related to social insurance, withholding tax, mutations, and year-end tasks
• You also take responsibility for payment and posting runs as well as for the continuous improvement of payroll processes
• You actively participate in the further development of digital HR processes and contribute your ideas for process optimization
• As an important interface, you are in exchange with internal specialist departments, Finance, as well as external contact persons

You offer your new employer

• A completed commercial apprenticeship supplemented by further training in payroll or social insurance forms your ideal foundation
• You already bring several years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in a larger company
• Very good German skills, proficient IT user skills, as well as experience with payroll or ERP systems round off your specialist profile
• Personally, you convince with team spirit, discretion, a solution-oriented attitude, and a sympathetic, uncomplicated manner
