Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Registered Nurse HF

We are looking for a Healthcare Specialist / Registered Nurse HF

Tasks:

• Holistic care and support of patients in a specialized setting
• Support in everyday life as well as promotion of individual resources
• Observation, assessment and documentation of health status
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from therapy, medicine and the social sector
• Participation in the design of a stable and supportive environment
• Implementation of nursing and therapeutic measures according to the treatment plan

Requirements:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Registered Nurse HF
• Experience in dealing with people in challenging life situations is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy and resilience
• Ability to act calmly and professionally even in complex situations
• Teamwork skills as well as an independent way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
