Multi-project Manager Smart Factory (f/m/d) Job Description As the responsible project management, you steer national Smart Factory projects from order handover to successful final acceptance. In doing so, you create a detailed project plan with clearly defined activities, responsibilities, milestones and due dates. You are the leading contact person for customers and sales employees for all system projects. As a central interface, you connect customers, sales partners, external suppliers, Technical Customer Service as well as Development and ensure consistent communication across all project phases. The coordination of technical and organizational processes between the project team, suppliers and installation managers is in your hands. You establish regular coordination meetings with stakeholders and project teams independently and sustainably. You lead project teams with foresight and promote a collaborative way of working across site and cultural boundaries. You recognize potential for improvement early during project execution, consolidate these systematically and pass them on to the responsible persons and departments. Your Profile You have successfully demonstrated sound professional experience in the project management of complex large-scale projects with durations of more than twelve months - whether in industry or in a comparable environment. A completed university degree at FH/Uni level in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis. You bring an understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow. You bring demonstrable experience in escalation, change and claims management, as well as the ability to recognize project risks early and to develop and implement effective countermeasures. You use your strong communication skills confidently in a multicultural project and corporate environment. Cultural competence, a strong hands-on mentality as well as an independent and structured way of working characterize you. You use business-fluent German and Swiss German skills confidently. You are open to business trips in Switzerland (approx. 30 %) and bring the necessary mobility.
