Manpower, as part of a fixed contract, is looking for a company based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, for a:

Methods Agent (M/F)

Your missions: ###

• Guarantee the mastery and improvement of machining processes as well as the analysis of malfunctions in production.
• Lead and monitor technical projects by integrating technical and financial aspects.
• Define, write, and update operating sequences in the ERP.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date work instructions for production workshops.
• Ensure the compliance and consistency of bills of materials and tooling.
• Perform cost estimates and establish price offers.
• Provide daily technical support to production teams.
• Design small tools and participate in their drafting.
• Perform CNC programming in turning and milling according to production needs.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement processes aimed at optimizing quality, costs, and deadlines.

Your profile ###

• Training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, or a title deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years in an industrial production environment.
• Significant experience in a Methods, Industrialization, or Technical Support department.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Solid knowledge of conventional and CNC machining.
• Experience in the setup and optimization of machine tools.
• Proficiency in common IT tools and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks and/or GibbsCAM constituting a real asset.
• Ability to analyze technical issues and propose suitable solutions.
• Good understanding of manufacturing costs and industrial challenges.
