Commercial Clerk

PRECIMEC SA has been active in the mechanical precision sector for over 30 years, producing small and medium series products for third parties on a global level. To expand our team, we are looking for a:

Back Office Sales Department Clerk - 50%

Requirements:

• Commercial or technical training with AFC diploma
• At least 3 years of experience in back office, preferably in the mechanical precision sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Indispensable written and spoken knowledge of Italian, German and English
• Knowledge of the main IT tools, experience with management systems
• Dynamic, orderly, organized, reliable and loyal

Tasks:

• Manage daily communications with customers, providing assistance by telephone and via email
• Processing sales orders and confirmations in different languages
• Administrative support for the sales manager
• Supervision of orders in collaboration with the production and purchasing manager
