Your tasks ##

• With your sales and technical skills, you will look after the shop customers
• Proactive approach to customers
• Competent advice on all products/services such as communication and entertainment solutions (Mobile, Internet, TV), Security, Cloud, etc.
• Presentation of the shop as an experience world: presenting the devices and services
• Developing ideas from day-to-day business for the co-design of the shop
• Checking new deliveries regarding quality, quantity, time
• Preparation of goods for return to the distribution center
• Receiving repaired devices and preparation for handover to the customer including information regarding readiness for collection
• Participation in inventories

Our requirements ##

• Degree (EFZ/EBA) in a sales or service environment
• Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in the chosen industry
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products
• Language skills: German native language, English B2
• Sympathetic appearance as well as communicative skills
• Passionate team player
