Job description

To complete our International Order Service team, we are currently recruiting an "International Order Service Specialist". Your main activities will be as follows:

• Regular contact and support with markets (subsidiaries, agents), freight forwarders, and the sales, stock, shipping, production, marketing, and merchandising departments
• Processing customer orders, recording, launching stock releases, invoicing, reservations with carriers, preparation of export documents, and tracking of shipments
• Management and monitoring of customer portfolios
• Establishment of credit and debit notes
• Management of files in case of damage or loss
• Control and validation of invoices from external service providers (freight forwarders, CNCI)
• Participation in and monitoring of projects

• Good analytical skills and curious
• You work both independently and in a team
• Versatile and flexible, ready to take on challenges, you know how to manage priorities while respecting deadlines
• Ability to simultaneously manage several markets, files, and priorities in a demanding environment

Professional requirements

• Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee
• Minimum 3 years of experience acquired within an administrative department with an international dimension
• Experience in import-export
• You are proficient in SAP and common computer software, notably Outlook
• Very good knowledge of Incoterms

Languages

• French as a mother tongue
• Very good oral and written knowledge of English
