Job Description ##

• Support managers and employees on daily HR issues.

Drive recruitment processes, from identifying needs to candidate selection.

Participate in job evaluation and classification activities.

Advise teams on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Collaborate with various HR interlocutors to ensure efficient and compliant human resources management.

Contribute to various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant ##

The ideal candidate holds a university degree completed by a specialization in Human Resources (HR Certificate, CAS, DAS, MAS, or HR Master's). He/she has 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with solid experience in recruitment and manager support. Organized, rigorous, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, he/she knows how to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. His/her ability to collaborate with different interlocutors and provide pragmatic solutions will be essential to his/her success. Experience in the public or hospital sector is a real asset.
