Facilities Management Employee / Electrician (m/f/d)

Your tasks ###

• Execution of maintenance, repair, and upkeep work on technical systems and building facilities
• Execution and supervision of electrotechnical work
• Troubleshooting and rectification of faults in electrical systems
• Care and control of the facilities management systems
• Execution of regular inspections and maintenance work
• Coordination and accompaniment of external craftsmen and service providers
• Documentation of the work performed and maintenance measures
• Ensuring a proper, safe, and well-maintained building condition
• Readiness to take on on-call duty on a two- to three-week rotation cycle

Your profile ###

• Completed training as an electrician, electronics technician, or electrical installer
• Professional experience in the field of facilities management, building technology, or electrical engineering is an advantage
• Good knowledge in troubleshooting and fault rectification
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Readiness to support cross-trade tasks as they arise
• Ability to work in a team and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor
• Driving license class B mandatory
• Due to the air freight security regulations applicable to the activity, verifiable residence in Germany for at least ten years is required.
