The Service social de Lausanne provides social and financial support to the residents of Lausanne. It is composed of the Agence d'assurances sociales (AAS) and the Centre social régional (CSR) responsible for applying the loi sur l'action sociale vaudoise (LASV) and delivering the revenu d'insertion (RI) in Lausanne. More than 7000 people benefit every year from help from the Service social, which must be both diligent and in compliance with current standards. A true challenge, which can only be met by trained, motivated teams, gathered around a demanding vision of public service.

Main mission(s)
Welcome, inform and orient clients by telephone or at the counter
Receive and ensure the follow-up of health insurance subsidy requests
Ensure the control of the insurance obligation and proceed with the revision of files
Advise the Lausanne population (notably the beneficiaries of the revenu d'insertion) regarding health insurance
Handle correspondence and administrative tasks of the sector
Profile
CFC d'employé-e de commerce or a title deemed equivalent
Professional experience and/or knowledge regarding health insurance or another social insurance, an asset
Ease of contact, empathy and excellent spirit of collaboration
Sense of organization, autonomy and precision
Interest in numbers
Mastery of MS Office tools
Knowledge of another language, an asset
