Your mission

• First assistant to the store manager
• Help in the planning and management of 15 to 35 employees
• Assume responsibilities in the store and actively support store employees
• Ensure customer satisfaction and apply distribution standards in the store
• Order and present merchandise

Your profile
----------

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar field
• Ideally, completed professional training in retail
• Management skills, if possible with initial experience
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Communication skills and enjoyment of human contact
• Operational availability, flexibility and resistance to stress
• Very good knowledge of French in writing and speaking
