Why do we need you?
As a Technical Clerk Technical Expertise & Offers (TEO), you are the central contact person for technical questions, tenders, and object-specific offers. You support our sales, advise customers, and significantly contribute to the success of our projects with your expertise.
Your tasks
Creating estimates, construction descriptions, and tender texts for construction projects
Processing and calculating object-specific offers as well as special solutions
Technical advice to planners, architects, specialist dealers, contractors, private customers, and the field sales force
Support for the field sales force regarding technical questions, price findings, and material extractions
Maintenance and further development of our estimate catalogs as well as technical documentation
Ensuring complete documentation in the CRM system
Collaboration with product management, market management, regional sales management, and other internal specialist departments
Ongoing further training on products, systems, standards, and technical developments (self-study)
What you bring with you
Completed basic technical training, for example as a dryliner, plasterer, painter, technical draftsman, or comparable training
Further training in construction (e.g., construction manager, technical specialist, structural engineering, or comparable) is an advantage
Sound specialist knowledge in dry construction or construction
Experience in technical consulting as well as enjoyment of customer contact
Very good German skills as well as good French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
Good MS Office skills; experience with SAP, CRM systems, or estimation software is a plus
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
High customer orientation, teamwork skills, and enjoyment in passing on knowledge
