For our warehouse, we are looking for a reliable person, familiar with the event sector, ready to get actively involved while maintaining an overview.
You are a CFC event specialist or you have several years of experience in this field? You know event technology, know how to organize, set priorities and are happy to take on responsibilities? Then we want to get to know you.

Your tasks

• Prepare and check equipment for events and rentals
• Load and unload vehicles
• Check, clean and store returned equipment correctly
• Ensure order and clarity in the warehouse
• Maintain an overview of ongoing projects and equipment returns
• Identify what is missing, where bottlenecks are being created and what must be done as a priority
• Coordinate daily warehouse work and take direction if necessary
• Perform small functional checks on the equipment

What you bring

• CFC training as an event specialist or several years of professional experience in the event sector
• Good knowledge of event technology and associated equipment
• Autonomous, reliable and careful way of working
• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even with several projects
• Willingness to take on responsibilities, to make decisions and to coordinate the warehouse team in daily tasks
• Enjoyment in getting involved and performing physical work
• Driving license category B and BE
• Availability for irregular hours if the operation of the event requires it
