Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

Our client is an internationally active manufacturing company with a Swiss location, characterized by its consistent focus on continuity and quality. The company has established structures and offers a demanding working environment in the technical field. To complement the team, we are looking for a committed individual as Head of Quality Management, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and further development of the existing quality management system
• Creation of management reviews for the executive management
• Processing and maintenance of standard requirements in the field of sustainability
• Planning and implementation of internal and external audits
• Responsibility for all compliance topics, especially certifications
• Monitoring of the measures to be implemented from audits
• Development and preparation of quality KPIs for management

Your profile

• Higher technical vocational training with QM further training
• Training and experience as an internal/external auditor
• Several years of leadership experience in quality management, manufacturing industry
• Very good knowledge of standards, especially DIN ISO 9001
• Very good knowledge of process design
• Sound knowledge of an integrated ERP system
• Strong communication skills with very high interface competence
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Networked thinking
