Do you bring experience in pediatrics and want to apply your nursing expertise in a versatile clinical environment? For an established acute clinic in the Thurgau region, we are looking from December 2026 for an engaged Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 80-100 % for a multi-month temporary assignment in the children's clinic. The versatile working environment includes general pediatrics, pediatric emergency, as well as neonatology from the 32nd week of pregnancy and offers you the opportunity to contribute your experience in different pediatric specialist areas.

Requirement profile ##

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• You bring professional experience in pediatrics in a hospital in Switzerland
• Experience in general pediatrics, neonatology or in pediatric emergency is an advantage
• You work independently, responsibly and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Empathic and child-friendly communication as well as appreciative cooperation with parents are a matter of course for you
• You are ready to work in a workload of 80-100 % in shift operation

Tasks ##

• You take over the professional and individual care and support of infants, children and adolescents
• You observe and assess the health status of your patients and initiate the necessary nursing measures in case of changes
• You carry out diagnostic, therapeutic and medical-technical measures within the scope of your competencies
• You accompany parents and caregivers empathetically and involve them in a situation-appropriate manner in the care and treatment process
• You work closely with the medical service as well as other specialists of the children's clinic
• You ensure careful nursing documentation as well as a high quality of nursing and care
• You participate in the regular shift operation and reliably support the existing team in everyday clinic life
