Job Description ###

• Order processing, from recording to invoicing
• Procurement, from order recording to invoice receipt checking
• Loading and logistics planning of orders
• Basic knowledge of Bexio ERP, program
• Creation of weekly and monthly simple reports in Excel
• Receiving and processing customer and supplier phone calls

We Expect ###

• Experience in the field of tasks
• English and French are an advantage, but not mandatory
• MS Office experience
