An established trading company is currently looking for a Payroll Manager / a Payroll Manager 80-100%. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks at the new employer

• You lead the payroll team professionally and personally and ensure correct and timely payroll processing
• You are responsible for payroll processing, accompany monthly and annual closings and coordinate closely with financial accounting
• You support managers and employees with questions regarding wages, social insurance and personnel-related topics
• You optimize payroll processes, master data and interfaces and participate in salary rounds, budgeting and reporting
• You contribute your experience in demanding payroll topics and ensure efficient processes together with the team

You offer your new employer

• A commercial apprenticeship as well as further training in the payroll or social insurance sector form the ideal basis for this position
• You bring several years of payroll experience, preferably in a larger company, and initial leadership experience
• You are very familiar with the digitalization and optimization of processes
• Very good SAP-HCM knowledge as well as German and good French skills will facilitate your daily exchange
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, accuracy and an independent, solution-oriented way of working characterize your personality
