For one of our partners, active in the watchmaking industry, we are looking for an Operations Manager capable of driving things forward, uniting teams, and transforming daily challenges into concrete results.

We are not just looking for a manager. We are looking for a person who loves action, takes initiative, challenges the status quo, and does not hesitate to get down to the field to understand problems and find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize production operations.
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs.
• Supervise logistical activities and supply chain flows.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement and performance.
• Analyze key indicators and implement necessary actions.
• Support, coach, and grow the teams.
• Be present on the field to understand real issues and solve problems quickly.
• Actively participate in the company's strategic projects.

Profile

• You possess proven experience in the watchmaking industry.
• You perfectly master operational, industrial, and organizational issues.
• You have solid knowledge in logistics, supply chain, and flow management.
• You must imperatively master English, both orally and in writing.
• You are proactive, you anticipate problems before they arrive.
• You are disciplined, structured, and rigorous.
• You are curious and always looking for new ideas to improve things.
• You are dynamic, energetic, and ready to take on challenges.
