Specialist Credit Decisions (m/f/d) The Credit Decisions team at the Luzern headquarters is responsible for centrally made credit decisions within the Credit Risk Management division. Due to the retirement of a team member, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will complement us with professional competence and personal conviction. Specialist Credit Decisions (m/f/d) Your job at a glance What you achieve with us Independent credit decisions within the framework of delegated credit authority for all types of financing and from all business areas of the bank (owner-occupied, return, promotion, investment, operating, succession, and syndicated financing) Analysis and assessment of credit applications outside of your own credit authority, including recommendations to the responsible decision-makers Carrying out sample controls on credit decisions within the competence area of sales Ongoing professional support of sales in the credit decision process Participation in the internal professional training of sales and the further development of regulations and systems What you bring with you Banking-specific education and training with a focus on credit business or a degree with bank- or finance-specific further training Several years of experience in transactional credit risk assessment and independent credit decision-making, preferably also in the area of structured finance Detailed knowledge of, and ideally, the Central Switzerland economic area Strong analytical thinking as well as a constructive and solution-oriented way of working Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness Openness to innovation and continuous improvement Your advantages with us More time for you With us, cantonal and regional holidays are paid.
