The main tasks ####

• Drive the analysis and modeling of business processes
• Ensure the further development of the internal control system
• Identify and implement potential for process optimization
• Participation in or leadership of projects for digitalization and process improvement, taking regulatory requirements into account
• Derive requirements from process and data analysis

The requirement profile ####

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualification; alternatively, further training in process management or insurance
• Several years of professional experience in the health insurance industry
• Experience in business analysis as well as analysis and optimization of processes
• Analytical thinking, process understanding, and affinity for data
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as experience with functional test cases and testing business applications
• Very good German skills; Italian skills are an advantage
