PX Group comprises a dozen Melter 2x8 (M/F) PX Group comprises about ten companies specializing in the manufacture of high-quality customized semi-finished products for watchmaking, industry, medical, and cutting tools. In order to integrate our Foundry Preparation team composed of 9 people, we are looking for a melter in a 2x8 schedule. You are rigorous and responsible. You possess good manual dexterity and a keen sense of collaboration and like to work in an autonomous and methodical manner. Melter 2x8 (M/F) Your impact: You weigh and alloy precious metals according to the requested compositions You load and adjust the furnaces then perform the melting while respecting the manufacturing instructions You perform the casting of the molten metal in continuous and static casting furnaces You respect the requested quality of the ingots (weight, appearance, conformity according to our quality standards) You ensure the recovery and traceability of precious metals and production waste You maintain the equipment (level 1 maintenance) and strictly respect safety rules.
