Project Manager Building Automation

Introduction

For an internationally active company with a focus on electrical engineering and building automation, I am currently looking for suitable candidates for the following position: Project Manager Building Automation

Tasks

• Holistic management of projects (from planning to final handover)
• Ensuring deadlines, budget compliance, and quality standards
• Coordination and leadership of the project team and management of external partners and service providers
• Ongoing monitoring of project progress including early identification of deviations
• Establishment and maintenance of transparent and binding communication with customers and stakeholders

Profile

• Technical training with further education (dipl. electrical, building, or systems technician HF)
• Experience in project management (ideally in GA, electrical engineering, or automation)
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance
• Negotiation skills and the ability to bring different interests together in a goal-oriented manner
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to recognize, evaluate risks, and set priorities meaningfully
• Team-oriented personality with motivation to take on responsibility and inspire others
• Independent, resilient, and reliable way of working
